How to Send an E-Invoice and E-Signature in the MyBlindCo Portal


How To: Send an E-Invoice

  1. In the portal, navigate to the Quotes tab.
  2. In the row of the customer to whom you want to send an invoice, click Action, then click Send E-Invoice.
  3. Click Confirm to confirm you want to send an E-Invoice for this quote.
  4. Within the Send E-Invoice popup, edit your text as needed.
  5. When you are ready, click Send.
  6. You have sent your E-Invoice.

The customer will receive the e invoice in their email. When the customer clicks Accept and Pay, they will be automatically directed to their internet browser where they will see the quote you created for them.

The customer will need to view the terms and conditions, accept by checking the box, and sign using their mouse in the grey box at the bottom of the screen. There is a field for the customer to leave comments and notes.

When the customer clicks Accept and Pay they will be taken to a payment page where they will see their deposit amount and can enter their credit card information. From there, the customer clicks Pay Now.

Upon completed payment, you will receive an email notifying you that the customer paid the deposit amount. In the Quotes tab in MyBlindCo, the status field for that customer will read Sold. In the Orders tab, the status will read Deposit Received.


How To: Send an E-Signature

In some cases, you may want to only request a signature from your customer. Follow these instructions to receive a signature without credit card payment.

  1. Go to the Quotes tab.
  2. In the row of the customer from whom you need a signature, click Action, then click E-Signature.
  3. The customer will receive an email and click Accept.
  4. The customer will be taken to a page where they can provide their signature and submit the form.
