How To Attach Files To a Contact
The attachment feature for your contacts is perfect for keeping track of any documents, images, or videos that are relevant to your customer! Store before & after photos, signed documents, confirmations from manufacturers, and more!
How to Attach Files in the MyBlindCo App (iPad Version):
- Open up the contact to which you want to attach a file.
- Toward the bottom of the screen, you’ll see six different tabs including Notes, Quotes, Orders, POs, Repair, and Files. Click on Files.
- Under the file tab, you’ll find a blue button that reads Add File. Click this button.
- In the pop-up, choose whether the file you’re attaching is a document or image/video, then choose your file, and type in any relevant information you wish to store in the notes.
- When you are done, click the Upload button.
How to Attach Files in the MyBlindCo Portal (Browser Version):
- Open up the contact to which you want to attach a file.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and you’ll see six different tabs including Notes, Quotes, Orders, POs, Repair, and Files. Click on Files.
- Under the file tab, you’ll find a blue button that reads Add File. Click this button.
- A pop-up will appear that allows you to choose a file from your computer, as well as add a note.
- Click the box under Choose File and select your file from your computer.
- When you are done, click the Upload button.
