Stop “Loading Messages” on iPad upon login

Can you do the “loading” in the background instead of making us wait every time we have to login to the iPad? It takes minimum 25 seconds and sometimes as much as 1.5 minutes to load (I’ve timed it several times). Most often I’m logging in after MyBlindCo crashes during the middle of a quote in a customer home or in our store. While 25 seconds doesn’t seem long, it’s an eternity when a customer is standing there waiting to see their final numbers. I know that you can do this because if I turn on Airplane mode and login, it takes less than a second to load. Then when I turn off airplane mode, everything runs fine and you don’t see those “loading…” messages although all of the functionality is available in less than 2 minutes.
