Hot Links on customer name

Make customer name a hot link everywhere it appears. For example, on Leads Report, would be great to immediately jump to customer name to update status. On pages where you have the tablet with pencil to go to the contact - that's really nice but it's easy to forget it's there and we appreciate it and that makes sense it's not a hot link because the name field is an editable field. All other places, a hot link is appreciated. You've done a lot (thank you) but would like it everywhere a name appears (hot link or tablet/pencil view/edit). Thank you
