Display who creates and changes contacts

Automatically add a note when a contact is made logging the user who created the contact with a date-time stamp. Do the same each time the contact is updated and if you can list which fields were changed, that would be great. We are training a new person and it's helpful for me from a training perspective to know who creates and changes contacts, to provide guidance on naming conventions and formatting of content for data entry.
