Calendar free/busy

Allow calendar entries to be marked as free or busy. Free calendar entries allow you to schedule over them, busy does not. This will allow us to assign someone to work our Design Gallery and then if a customer schedules an appointment, we can overlay the customer appointment without having to delete or edit the Design Gallery Staff appointment. This needs to work on individual and repeating Calendar Entries.
