Add "Add Appointment" on the "Order" menu

Please Add "Add Appointment" on the "Order" menu like you have on the Contact Screen. We schedule installations and repairs often while looking at the order. Being able to do it 1) from within the order and, 2) as a drop down in the options for Orders, would be helpful. Thank you!
