Installation Tab not updating correctly when appointment is moved
We had an appointment for Marc Sportsman to do an install. We moved the MBC calendar appointment to a new day. The Installation Tab shows the customer has 2 appointments. The calendar shows one installation, the Installation tab still shows the original and also shows the new one. Customer is Marc Sportsman, Order OWEB2516212W, Original install date is 8/6/2025 and new install date is 8/11/2025. Screen shots attached.
Please change the status of the original Installation ticket to cancelled and then it will be removed from the tab
We can do that but that's another manual workaround process that we have to follow and we already have a bunch of manual workarounds that everyone has to remember. Is there a way that you can apply the "canceled" behind the scenes for the original installation that got moved?
