We can see whether customer acceptance was done on the install tab but once we complete the install, the only way to see if there was a customer acceptance is to download the order & view the PDF.
Can you do one or all of these things?
1. Automatically add a note to MBC contact when customer acceptance is completed with the MBC ID and Sidemark?
2. Provide a link to view the customer acceptance form within MBC when you are viewing the order
3. Show the customer acceptance below the rest of the order when you view the order in MBC
4. Automatically email the new order with customer acceptance to the customer -or- ask once acceptance is done if we want to email entire order

We have customers pay 100% up front in most cases so we're not applying payments at the install and they don't automatically get an email from us out of MBC after the install when they have prepaid.

For those customers who pay when install is complete, they will get an email showing their balance is paid and I'm assuming the customer acceptance is sent at that time?  If not, it would be great if you did.
