                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[We can see whether customer acceptance was done on the install tab but once we complete the install, the only way to see if there was a customer acceptance is to download the order &amp; view the PDF.
Can you do one or all of these things?
1. Automatically add a note to MBC contact when customer acceptance is completed with the MBC ID and Sidemark?
2. Provide a link to view the customer acceptance form within MBC when you are viewing the order
3. Show the customer acceptance below the rest of the order when you view the order in MBC
4. Automatically email the new order with customer acceptance to the customer -or- ask once acceptance is done if we want to email entire order

We have customers pay 100% up front in most cases so we're not applying payments at the install and they don't automatically get an email from us out of MBC after the install when they have prepaid.

For those customers who pay when install is complete, they will get an email showing their balance is paid and I'm assuming the customer acceptance is sent at that time?  If not, it would be great if you did.

Most important would be ability to delete multiple lines.  Would also be nice while inside the quote to make a change (like color or lifting system) with the multiple line feature without having to do a comparison quote.  Some features don't automatically ask to apply to multiple lines after comparison quote (like changing fabric name).  Would be very handy to be able to do some of those things while inside the quote.  Thank you!]]></content:encoded>

We aren't able to update those items now for any Alta order that is EDI enabled even if we don't send it via EDI.  Please fix - we occasionally have to manually enter Alta Orders and don't use EDI but then we aren't able to update the MBC PO with the appropriate info.  Thank you]]></content:encoded>

I lose count of the number of times one or all of my devices log me out during the day.  Please create a setting where the admin can control timeout by device (for example, I'd like my iPad to run at least 8 hours but my desktop to only log me when I've logged out of my computer.
